Content Rewards is the marketplace where brands launch UGC campaigns and creators get paid to clip and post. Handle everything in one place, from campaign distribution, creator discovery, to content review, to payouts and much more. Brands get authentic content at scale. Creators earn money doing what they already love. We're processing six figures in monthly GMV with 50,000+ creators and growing fast. The company is raising a seed round this quarter.

What we're looking for

We need engineering capacity to support our next phase of growth. Two paths:

• CTO / Technical Co-Founder - Strategic leader with hands-on ability. Equity for the right person.

• Senior Engineer - Experienced builder to ship features and clear our backlog alongside our lead engineer.

What you'll build

• Payouts infrastructure - Rebuild our payout system to handle scale, multiple methods, and faster processing

• Creator and brand dashboards - Campaign management, video approvals, earnings tracking, analytics

• Audience demographic tracking - Understand who creators are reaching and surface insights to brands

• Attribution from organic content - Track performance of creator posts across platforms

• AI video analysis - Automated content review, quality scoring, and compliance checks

• New content formats - Slideshows, carousels, and expanded submission types

• Platform stability - Bug fixes, performance improvements, and reliability work
